Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our logistics network.

Effective Date: February 2026

1. Service Agreement

By using S.A. Paribahan services, the sender (consignor) agrees that all information provided regarding the parcel's weight, value, and contents is accurate. We reserve the right to inspect any package for security purposes.

2. Delivery Timelines

While we strive for excellence, delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters (Force Majeure), political disruptions, or customs delays for international cargo.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited across our network:

Flammable liquids & Gases
Narcotics & Illegal Drugs
Currency & Precious Metals
Corrosive Chemicals

4. Malaysia Operations

Shipments handled by our Kuala Lumpur Branch must comply with both Malaysian Export and Bangladesh Import regulations. Receivers are responsible for paying any applicable Government VAT/Taxes unless otherwise specified in the air-waybill.

5. Compensation Policy

In the rare event of loss or total damage, S.A. Paribahan offers compensation up to a maximum limit of 10 times the shipping charge or the declared value (whichever is lower), unless premium insurance was purchased.

6. Digital Tracking

Tracking data is provided for convenience. Real-time updates depend on regional network availability. S.A. Paribahan owns all intellectual property related to the tracking dashboard and mobile applications.
